它累了

它累了。。。
   它真的累了。。。
它一直默默地承受着,
再这样下去,它迟早有一天会崩溃的。

劳碌了半生,
累了,
是时候休息了。

我想它真的累了,
不想再这样下去。

A tree of light, a tree of spark.
Light, then sound, paints the dark.
A beautiful work of natures touch.
the power to grasp, a bit too much.

The other side of this beauty's burst
lightning's force stabs at the earth
can stop a life or start fires anew
as rain surrounds the horizon's view.

But writers can have a similar spark
a lightning thought light's up their dark
the words appear with a muses touch
the literary challenge a bit too much.

The other side of this writers lament
the struggle for words to help cement
the meaning behind the story to tell
sometimes lost in the brain from hell.

Deep Blue Sea, you are vast in your glory
What tales you know, telling your story.
Standing by your sea shore, here all alone
I find a place so peaceful, yet so unknown

White caps tumble, like wind blown hair
Kissing the shore line; a sea’s love affair
Blue crystal water, rushing upon my feet
Like tender dainty kisses; so gentle and sweet.

Gifts you give me, sea shells to behold
You give them to me, as if the were gold.
Sand so white, soft and fine
I smell your scent; the fresh scent of brine.

Here all alone standing in front of you
How beautiful you are, this ocean so blue
You refresh my body, you caress my soul
I love my time with you, on my daily stroll.

Embrace me my friend, my beautiful blue sea
Your waves are like hands, reaching out to touch me
To draw me nearer to you, nearer each day
I love you my sea, there is nothing more I can say.

The Deep Blue Sea
Come along, come with me,
Take a dive in the deep blue sea.
Put on your gear, let's explore
All the way to the ocean floor

See that snail wrapped in curls?
Look! An oyster wearing pearls!
Watch the octopus oh so dark,
But don't you dare to pet the shark!
Dive on down, seaward bound,
Motion in the ocean is all abound!
Dive on down, seaward bound,
Motion in the ocean is all around!
Now we're very far below,
The lantern fish are all aglow.
Is that a tiny shock you feel?
You just met an electric eel!
Giant blue whales start to stir,
Bigger than dinosaurs ever were!
Wave goodbye to the squid and sponge,
This is the end of our deep-sea plunge!

Young Couple
Age saw two quiet children
Go loving by at twilight,
He knew not whether homeward,
Or outward from the village,
Or (chimes were ringing) churchward,
He waited, (they were strangers)
Till they were out of hearing
To bid them both be happy.
"Be happy, happy, happy,
And seize the day of pleasure."
The age-long theme is Age's.
'Twas Age imposed on poems
Their gather-roses burden
To warn against the danger
That overtaken lovers
From being over-flooded
With happiness should have it.
And yet not know they have it.
But bid life seize the present?
It lives less in the present
Than in the future always,
And less in both together
Than in the past. The present
Is too much for the senses,
Too crowding, too confusing-
Too present to imagine.

The sun brighten up the day

sunrise infects me
strokes and wakes
with oven hot mitts
making pimples sprout erect
you can see them/it
fucking up a sightless face
working in unison
an invisible tag team
slapping me around

sunrise infects me
penetrates me cock-like
fucks me over deliciously
inseminating my waking hours
with half life images
of blacks on black
fizzling out sparkler-esque

sunrise infects me
emotional sprinkler systems
whir and whiz
throwing emotional waters
onto the fires of emotional vignettes
snap shots of once seeing eyes

sunrise
has always infected me
